The website allows businesses (“Listing Provider”, “you”, or “your”) to add a listing to our directory for an annual fee. Your use of our services is subject to these Terms, as well as any additional guidelines or policies referenced herein.
2. Description of Services
- Business Listings: Businesses can add a listing to the Self Catering Ireland Directory by completing the online form available on https://selfcateringireland.ie/add-listing/, which includes an embedded JotForm.
- Publication: Upon successful submission and payment, your listing will be reviewed and published on the website within 72 hours.
- Newsletter Inclusion: Your contact details will also be added to the Self Catering Ireland Directory newsletter list for promotional and communicative purposes.
3. Payment and Renewal
- Annual Fee: The listing service is offered for an annual fee. Payment for the listing is processed via Stripe.
- Recurring Payment: Your subscription will be automatically renewed on an annual basis unless cancelled in accordance with Section 4.
- Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made are non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that fees paid to date will not be refunded, even if your listing is cancelled or removed.
4. Cancellation and Termination
- Cancellation Procedure: You may cancel your listing subscription prior to the next renewal date. To cancel, you must submit a written request via email to info@selfcateringireland.ie
- Effect of Cancellation: Cancellation will prevent any future recurring payments. However, cancellation will not affect any payment already processed, and your listing will remain active for the remainder of the current subscription period.
- Termination by Us: Bee Smart Digital reserves the right to remove or suspend any listing at its discretion if these Terms are violated or for any other reason deemed necessary.
5. Listing Accuracy and Content
- Accurate Information: You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided in your listing is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- Content Ownership: You retain ownership of the content submitted; however, by submitting your listing, you grant Bee Smart Digital a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute the content in connection with the operation of the Self Catering Ireland Directory.
- Prohibited Content: You agree not to submit any content that is false, misleading, unlawful, or infringes on the rights of any third party. Bee Smart Digital reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.
6. Payment Processing and Security
- Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By submitting your payment information, you agree to be bound by Stripe’s terms of service.
- Security Measures: While we take reasonable measures to protect your payment and personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted over the internet.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bee Smart Digital, its affiliates, and its respective directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from:
- Your access to or use of the Self Catering Ireland Directory website;
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission;
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
- Any other matter relating to the Services.
8. Indemnification
